Ingredients
2kg baby pork
½ cup red wine
1-2 glass of water
1 kg leek
½ glass Olive oil
4-5 mature tomatoes
2 lemons, juiced
2 tablespoons plain flour
Salt and pepper
Heat up the olive oil in a deep sauce pan. In the meantime, cut the baby pork into thick pieces and stir-fry it until it has reached a golden-ish crust. Finish it by adding the wine and then add the water and let it boil for around half an hour.
When boiled, add the leek, tomatoes, salt and pepper and fill in with water, if necessary (it should have enough water to make the sauce). Let it boil for another 10 minutes.
When finished, take the lemon juice, add 2 table spoons, some of the sauce from inside the sauce pan and stir everything up well.
Pour the mix inside the sauce pan, let it boil for another 10 minutes and its ready for serving!
